A blast from the past for Dr. Fonesca reunites a father and son, but her diagnosis leads to more separation. An infant is put at risk through good intentions that result in a situation in which people in authority are unwilling to contemplate other options. AJ is caught up in his pretend doctor's life and finally sees the harm that he can do to innocent people who believe in him.
