We are conducting research about familiarity with our secondary channel called MPT2/Create. We hope to learn more about programming we place on that channel.

We're eager to hear about which current MPT2 programs appeal to viewers most, as well as obtain thoughts on programs focused on the subject of Wellness.

Feedback from this survey will help us make improvements to MPT2, and increase our ability to better serve our community.
